Shai Portugaly is a Singer, Songwriter, Keyboard Player and World Traveller.

Born and raised in Israel, she moved to the USA in 2014 to study in Berklee College of Music which opened her up to a whole world of cultures, languages and possibilities. She has toured around the world and lived in 4 different countries, exploring the world and performing her original music as well as with other artists. Amongst the many projects Shai took part in was a tour with Indian composer, Grammy Award winner A. R. Rahman on his USA tour in 2018, performing to audiences of 15K people. Shai’s music is an interesting mix of groovy pop with deep & honest lyrics, and occasionally emotional piano. After many years of writing in English and even Spanish (!), Shai recently began writing more in Hebrew as well, as part of a journey to connect back with her roots.
